  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 3/4 piece 6 boneless skinless chicken thighs cut into per thigh or 2-boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup Chicken stock or water
  • 1/4 teaspoon Curry powder-any curry powder works here
  • 0.13 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 tablespoon Garlic ginger paste
  • 1/4 tablespoon Coriander powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 0.13 teaspoon 1 black pepper-butcher's grind is great for this recipe
  • 1/4 inch Cinnamon bark-also called cassia
  • 1/4 teaspoon Kashmiri chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon Tomato paste diluted with enough water to get it to the consistency of tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 0.13 cup Coconut milk
  • 1/2-3/4 Green chilies coarsely chopped
