31.25 g 250 ml whipping
0.13 g ripe alphanso mango pureed
0.13 pieces ripe alphanso mango
25 gm Milkmaid
0.13 g alphanso mango
18.75 gm Milk compound
As Required Few heart shaped chocolates
As Required colourful sugar balls
Directions: Natural Mango Icecream With Chocolatey Mango Recipe
STEP 1.For natural mango icecream: In a cooled bowl take the whipping cream and start whipping it. After few minutes start adding the alphanso mango puree to it gradually. Whip the cream till you get stiff peaks.
STEP 2.In an airtight container add milkmaid and mango pieces to it. To this container add the ready whipped mango cream. Mix everything properly and keep it to set in freezer for atleast 7-9 hours.
STEP 3.For chocolatey mango: Cut both the full portions from the larger side of the mango. Now leaving some part from one of the ends put cut marks till the other end. Leave half centimetre distance between the cut. Place this mango on a butter paper. Now lightly press the cut portion so it looks like a fan.
STEP 4.In a bowl take pieces of milk compound and melt it with double boiler method. Pour this melted chocolate on the mango fan placed on butter paper.
STEP 5.Let this chocolatey mango set in fridge for 10-15 minutes.
STEP 6.Final serving: Scoop out the mango icecream and place it in the centre of the platter. Add some mango pieces on the icecream. Place the ready chocolatey mango on both the sides and sprinkle sugar balls over it. Garnish with heart shaped chocolates.
