Natto Recipe

Recipe By Slurrp

A japanese recipe of fermented soy beans and is often eaten for breakfast. It varies by the batch and fermentation process, but the taste has been compared to salty cottage cheese, foie gras or old Brie. Some have even said an earthy bacon, though the majority of natto-eaters can't seem to put their finger on a precise flavor. Natto is an incredibly nutritious food that's worth acquiring a taste for. Eating it regularly may strengthen your immune system and bones, protect you from heart disease and help you digest foods more easily.
