How to Make Nariyal Ladoo Recipe

step 1

STEP 01

to make coconut ladoos, heat two tablespoons of ghee and then put 400 gram desiccated coconut in it.

STEP 02

Now roast desiccated coconut at low flame for 2-3 minutes. put one cup of milk. Mix the milk well. Roast for 1-2 minutes so that the milk is soaked. Keep stirring otherwise it will burn.

STEP 03

Add sugar one and a half cups sugar . mix sugar well. Keep flame low . Sugar melts so the mixture becomes slightly wet.

STEP 04

Add half a cup of milk powder . By adding milk powder , the taste of mawa starts coming in coconut ladoos . Roast on low flame 2-3 minutes more. Now put the mixture into a vessel and let it cool down slightly. Make ladoos while it is slightly warm.

STEP 05

After making the ladoos coat with desiccated coconut over it.
