This is milk based recipe. Basically nargisi kofta is the mixture of mutton keema & egg which is served in onion based gravy but in my recipe, i gave a twist of baked stuff arbi kofta in rich saffron creamy gravy. Such a deadly combination, nice taste, crunchyness of nuts and full of aroma.

  • 0.13 cup Water
  • 1/2 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 50 gram Arbi boiled and peeled
  • 1/2 tablespoon Roasted gram powder or roasted besan
  • As required Chopped roasted dry fruits
  • 1/2 tablespoon Raisain
  • 1/4 pinch Black pepper powder
  • As required Salt
  • As required Chopped green chilli
  • 1/4 tablespoon Dry mango powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon ginger Garlic paste
  • 1/4 tablespoon Red chilli powder
  • 1/4 pinch Ajwain seeds
  • 1/2 tablespoon Ghee
  • 2.50 piece Cashew
  • 1/2 tablespoon Poppy seeds
  • 1/2 tablespoon Fresh cream
  • 0.06 teaspoon Green cardamon powder
  • 0.06 teaspoon White paper powder
  • 0.06 teaspoon saffron
  • 1/4 teaspoon Shahi garam masala powder
  • 1/4 Boiled onion medium sized
  • 3/4 Green chilli slit
