Directions: Nargisi Kebab Recipe

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Boil the eggs until they are hard-boiled. Peel and set aside.
  • STEP 2.In a mixing bowl, combine minced meat, ginger-garlic paste, chopped onions, green chilies, coriander leaves, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, salt, and breadcrumbs. Mix well.
  • STEP 3.Take a portion of the meat mixture and flatten it on your palm. Place a boiled egg in the center and wrap the meat mixture around it, shaping it into a kebab.

Cooking Tips

  • Make sure the boiled eggs are completely cooled before wrapping them with the meat mixture.
  • You can adjust the spice level according to your preference by adding more or less red chili powder and green chilies.
  • For a healthier version, you can also bake the kebabs in the oven instead of deep-frying them.

Storage and Serving

  • Nargisi Kebabs are best served hot and fresh.
  • If you have leftovers, you can store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
  • To reheat the kebabs, you can either microwave them for a few seconds or heat them in a pan with a little oil.
