How to Make Nangyi Thoke Recipe

Start by shredding the bbq chicken with your clean hands or with a knife. Anything you prefer but it should be shredded.

Chop the onions into very small pieces. Heat the oil. Once it starts bubbling, turn off the flame.

In a bowl(no plastic bowl) take 1 tsp turmeric and 2 tsp red chili powder then add the hot oil slowly and mix it. Boil 2 eggs, chop half an onion, chop a few cilantro, cabbage, green beans.

In a saucepan, add 3 tablespoons of oil and then add the minced onions and fry them till translucent. Once the onion becomes golden now it’s time to add 1 tsp turmeric powder and 1 ½ tsp paprika powder

Mix all of them and let it fry for 3 minutes. Sauté them well. Now add fish sauce to taste and salt to taste. Cover it with a lid and let it simmer for 5-8 mins.

Lastly, add the shredded chicken, mix them well, and cook it till the chicken is ready to eat.

In the boiling water, boil the rice noodles for 3-5 minutes. Drain the water with a sieve and keep the noodles aside.

Place the rice noodle in a bowl, then add the chopped veggies(onions, green beans, cabbage, cilantro) then add the boil eggs by slicing it, then light soy sauce, then the chicken curry, 1tsp ground chili flakes, 1tbsp roasted bean flour, 1tbsp seasoning powder.
