Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Clean the crabs thoroughly and remove the outer shell. Cut them into medium-sized pieces.
  • STEP 2.In a mixing bowl, combine turmeric powder, red chili powder, black pepper powder, ginger-garlic paste, and salt. Mix well to form a smooth paste.
  • STEP 3.Marinate the crab pieces with the prepared spice paste and let it sit for about 30 minutes.
  • STEP 4.Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. Once they splutter, add curry leaves and chopped onions. Saut茅 until the onions turn golden brown.
  • STEP 5.Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft and mushy.
  • STEP 6.Now, add the marinated crab pieces to the pan and mix well. Cook on medium heat for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • STEP 7.Add freshly ground black pepper and salt to taste. Mix well and cook for another 5 minutes.
