Ingredients for Namkin Recipe

  • 1/10 kg Gram flour
  • 1/10 Tsp Astoftida
  • 1/10 Tsp Carom seeds
  • 1/5 Tsp Red Chili Power
  • to taste salt according
  • 1/10 Tbsp Oil
  • 1/10 Kg oil (for frying)
  • A Pinch Baking soda

Directions: Namkin Recipe

  • STEP 1.First mix all masala in besan and make a consistent batter
  • STEP 2.Heat the oil at perfect temperature
  • STEP 3.Put the batter in oil with namkin maker and fry at low flame
  • STEP 4.After frying take out the namkin and put it on paper for absorbing the extra oil
