Ingredients for Namkeen jave Recipe

  • 1 Cup bowls roasted jave
  • 1/2 pieces big potato cut into
  • 1/2 inch Pinch asafoetida
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoons Oil
  • As Required As per taste Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ajwain/cumin seeds
  • 1 Tsp Desi Ghee

Directions: Namkeen Jave Recipe

  • STEP 1.Firstly roasted the Jave.
  • STEP 2.Now add the roasted jave and add all spices and mix well.
  • STEP 3.Take a cooker heat the oil add ajwain and asafoetida and saute it add potatoes and peas and mix well.
  • STEP 4.Add two bowls of water and take 1 whistle in medium flame.
  • STEP 5.Open the cooker and serve hot with sauce and add desi ghee at the last.
