  • STEP 1.Heat ghee in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and curry leaves. Let them splutter.
  • STEP 2.Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown. Then, add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped vegetables, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • STEP 4.Add washed daliya and water. Cover the pan and cook on low heat until the daliya is cooked and water is absorbed.
  • STEP 5.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with yogurt or pickle.
