STEP 1.In a mixing bowl add all purpose flour, ghee,salt and carom seeds combine well.
STEP 2.Add little water and knead a slightly tight. Keep rest for 15 minutes.
STEP 3.Futher knesd again dough snd Make small balls of the dough and roll them into medium sized chapatis. Cut the chapatis into small diamond shapes and keep them aside.
STEP 4.Fry upon medium heat oil upon on medium heat flame until becomes gold brown.
STEP 5.Ready namakpare for serve and store in air tight container.
