An easy delicious dish prepared from sole fish. Fried in oil with the coating of batter of rice flour and paste of herbs . Goes as a easy to make side dish and quite famous in south India

Grind and make a paste of cumin seeds,garlic cloves & red chilli on grinding stone.
Marinate the fish with the paste,some salt and keep it for a while.
In a bowl add gram flour & half rice flour
Add ½ tsp asafoetida powder,1 tsp baking soda & ½ tsp kesari powder
Add 1 tsp salt
Then add the remaining grinded red chilli paste.
Add water and make a thick batter.
Add oil in a pan & heat it.
Now dip the marinated fish in the batter & fry it in the oil
Flip and fry from both the sides until golden brown.
