- 5-6 Dry red whole chilli
- 1 tablespoon Cumin seeds
- 7-8 Garlic Cloves
- 1 No.s Sole Fish
- 1/2 liter Oil
- 1 Gram flour bowl
- 1 Raw rice flour bowl
- 1 pinch Asafoetida powder
- pinch Baking soda
- As required Kesari powder for colour

How to Make Naku Meen Bhaji Recipe
STEP 01
Grind and make a paste of cumin seeds,garlic cloves & red chilli on grinding stone.
STEP 02
Marinate the fish with the paste,some salt and keep it for a while.
STEP 03
In a bowl add gram flour & half rice flour
STEP 04
Add ½ tsp asafoetida powder,1 tsp baking soda & ½ tsp kesari powder
STEP 05
Add 1 tsp salt
STEP 06
Then add the remaining grinded red chilli paste.
STEP 07
Add water and make a thick batter.
STEP 08
Add oil in a pan & heat it.
STEP 09
Now dip the marinated fish in the batter & fry it in the oil
STEP 10
Flip and fry from both the sides until golden brown.
