Ingredients for Naku Meen Bhaji Recipe

  • 5-6 Dry red whole chilli
  • 1 tablespoon Cumin seeds
  • 7-8 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 No.s Sole Fish
  • 1/2 liter Oil
  • 1 Gram flour bowl
  • 1 Raw rice flour bowl
  • 1 pinch Asafoetida powder
  • pinch Baking soda
  • As required Kesari powder for colour

Directions: Naku Meen Bhaji Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Grind and make a paste of cumin seeds,garlic cloves & red chilli on grinding stone.

step 2

  • STEP 2.Marinate the fish with the paste,some salt and keep it for a while.

  • STEP 3.In a bowl add gram flour & half rice flour

step 4

  • STEP 4.Add ½ tsp asafoetida powder,1 tsp baking soda & ½ tsp kesari powder

step 5

  • STEP 5.Add 1 tsp salt

step 6

  • STEP 6.Then add the remaining grinded red chilli paste.

step 7

  • STEP 7.Add water and make a thick batter.

step 8

  • STEP 8.Add oil in a pan & heat it.

step 9

  • STEP 9.Now dip the marinated fish in the batter & fry it in the oil

step 10

  • STEP 10.Flip and fry from both the sides until golden brown.
