  • 62.50 g Mungbeans
  • A Few Dry fern
  • 62.50 g Smoke pork
  • 1/2 Tbsp Fermented soyabean
  • 1/4 Pieces Kingchilli
  • As Required Salt
  • 1/4 Inches Ginger

Directions: Naga Dal/mungbeans With Smoke Pork Recipe

  • STEP 1.First clean the meat very nicely in warm water ,take a pot add the meat,mungbeans, soyabean,kingchilli,salt cover and pressurised for 2 to 3 whistle take out the kingchillie pounded and put it back in cury ,clean the dry fern and add to the cury cook for 5minutes add pounded ginger cook for few minutes taste the salt and enjoy
