Naga Chutney Recipe

This oil-free chutney has a distinct smoky flavour coming from the roasted tomatoes and green chillies. one such simple chutney is used as an accompaniment and this chutney doesn't need any oil or seasoning. Its simply made by boiling the tomatoes along with chilly and garlic,ginger and mash it.

  • 1 No.s Tomato
  • 3 No.s Garlic Cloves
  • 1 No.s King chilli
  • bunch Chives A
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt

Directions: Naga Chutney Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Roast the tomatoes directly on the flame. Its outer skin starts peeling away. Cook for another 1-2 minutes and put off the flame.

step 2

  • STEP 2.In the same way roast the green chillies.

step 3

  • STEP 3.Mash the roasted tomato and green chilies along with its burnt skin in a bowl. Add boiled potato and salt to it and mix well.

step 4

  • STEP 4.Garnish the chutney with some coriander leaves.
