Ingredients for Nadir Monjvor Recipe

  • 1/2 kilogram Nadru
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 tablespoon Corn Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Fennel Powder
  • 3 teaspoon Ghee
  • 4-5 tablespoon Oil

Directions: Nadir Monjvor Recipe

  • STEP 1.Peel and cut nadu into tiny items
  • STEP 2.Wash and darin the nadru and pat dry
  • STEP 3.Roast the nadru on a tawa or on gas grill
  • STEP 4.Place and cooked nadru during a kitchen appliance
  • STEP 5.Add salt, hot pepper powder, turmeric powder, fennel powder and corn flour
  • STEP 6.Grind for few seconds so add drawn butter
  • STEP 7.Grind for 10-15 secs and get rid of
  • STEP 8.Begin creating cutlets or kebabs
  • STEP 9.Heat oil during a pan and shallow fry the cutlets
  • STEP 10.Fry all sides ten - fifteen minutes till the crust is crisp.
