  • 1/2 kilogram Indian beef
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon kashmiri chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • As required Handful of curry leaves
  • 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 2 green chilies split cut from middle

How to Make Nadan Beef Recipe

Cut and wash the beef properly

Marinate the beef with 1tsp kashmiri red chili powder , 1tsp red chili powder, ¼ turmeric powder,1tsp coriander powder,¼ tsp garam masala powder, ½ tsp salt or to taste,1tsp coconut oil,handful of curry leaves and onions(optional),add 1tsp vinegar let it be for 20mis . Do not add water

STEP 01

Heat the pressure cooker , add the marinated beef and cook until 10 whistles

Heat the cooking pan and add 2tbsp coconut/cooking oil

STEP 01

Add 1tsp kashmiri red chili powder, 1tsp red chili powder,¼ turmeric powder, ½ tsp garam masala powder, mix well and cook for 4 mins . Add the cooked beef from pressure cooker and mix well.

STEP 01

Cook until the curry gets thick , add curry leaves and green chilies , cover and cook it for 5mins on low flame . Serve it with parathas or bread.
