- 2 cup Dashi
- 1/4 teaspoon salt as per your preference
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1.50 tablespoon Mirin
- 1 tablespoon Sake
- 1/4 bunch Spinach
- 0.12 large carrot
- 2 Shiitake mushrooms
- 2 slices Kamaboko fishcake
- As required green onions
- 1/2 chicken thigh
- 2 Shrimps
- 1 Egg

How to Make Nabeyaki Recipe
STEP 01
Boil spinach, cool it down under running water and squeeze the water
STEP 02
Boil the dashi in a clay pot and add soy sauce, mirin and sake .
STEP 03
Add chicken and other ingredients , cook for 5mins
STEP 04
Serve with a sprinkle of shichimi.
