Ingredients for Nabeyaki Recipe

  • 1 packages frozen Udon
  • 2 cup Dashi
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt as per your preference
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1.50 tablespoon Mirin
  • 1 tablespoon Sake
  • 1/4 bunch Spinach
  • 0.12 large carrot
  • 2 Shiitake mushrooms
  • 2 slices Kamaboko fishcake
  • As required green onions
  • 1/2 chicken thigh
  • 2 Shrimps
  • 1 Egg
  • As required shichimi

Directions: Nabeyaki Recipe

  • STEP 1.Boil spinach, cool it down under running water and squeeze the water
  • STEP 2.Boil the dashi in a clay pot and add soy sauce, mirin and sake .
  • STEP 3.Add chicken and other ingredients , cook for 5mins
  • STEP 4.Serve with a sprinkle of shichimi.
