Ingredients for Mysore Pak Recipe

  • 1/20 Kg ram flour
  • 1/20 Kg hee
  • 0.03 Kg Sugar

Directions: Mysore Pak Recipe

  • STEP 1.🌈First grease the plate with ghee
  • STEP 2.🌈Mix the gram flour with 3/4 of ghee to get the smooth consistency
  • STEP 3.🌈Add sugar with water and boil it till you get 1 string consistency
  • STEP 4.🌈Then slowly pour the ghee & gram flour paste to it and stir continuously
  • STEP 5.🌈Add the remaining ghee slowly to it
  • STEP 6.🌈Stir continuously until it leave the sides & not stick to the bottom
  • STEP 7.🌈Once it reached this stage, pour it to the greased plate and cut to the desired shape
