  • 1 Pieces - banana
  • 1 Pieces - green apple
  • 2 Pieces - kiwi
  • 1 Cups - plain yoghurt
  • 4 Pieces - dates
  • A Handful - mint
  • 1 Pieces - cucumber
  • 1/2 Tsp - vanilla essence
  • 1/2 Tsp - black salt

Directions: Healthy Green Smoothie Recipe

  • STEP 1.1- First take the banana, green apple, kiwis, dates and cucumber and blend it well.
  • STEP 2.2- Now add mint leaves, black salt, vanilla essence and plain yoghurt with it ( blended fruits) and blend it for a second time well until it gets ready to be served.
  • STEP 3.3- your healthy and tasty green smoothie is ready.
