  • STEP 1.In a bowl, marinate the mutton pieces with Indad meat masala, ginger-garlic paste, yogurt, and salt. Let it marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pressure cooker or a deep pan. Add the marinated mutton and cook on high heat for a few minutes until it is browned.
