Ingredients for Mutton Vindaloo Recipe

  • 100 gram Whole Ginger
  • 2 tablespoon Dry Roasted Cumin Seeds
  • 100 gram Whole Garlic
  • 100 gram Whole Dry Kashmiri Mirchi
  • 1 kilogram Mutton
  • 6 tablespoon Vindaloo Masala
  • 3 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Onions
  • As required Salt as per requirement
  • As required Coriander Leaves

Directions: Mutton Vindaloo Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Put 100 gm garlic, 2 tbsp. Cumin seeds,100 gm ginger,100 gm dry kashmiri mirch, and 3/4 th of east indian vinegar to the mixer and grind well.marinate 1 kg of mutton with 6 tbsp of east indian vindaloo masala and keep it for at least 3 hours.

step 2

  • STEP 2.Pour 3 tbsp of vegetable oil in the pan and add finely sliced onion into it and fry it for 7 minutes.

step 3

  • STEP 3.Add the marinated mutton to it and allow it to cook for 25 minutes. Also add the required amount of water, salt, and oil to it.

step 4

  • STEP 4.Finally, garnish it with some fresh coriander leaves.
