  • As required Ingredients for cooking mutton
  • As required Coconut oil
  • 2 No.s Cardamom
  • 2 No.s Cloves
  • 2 No.s Cinnamon stick
  • 2 Sliced Onion large
  • 15 No.s Shallots
  • 1 teaspoon Fenugreek seeds
  • 1.50 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 3 tablespoon Chilli Powder
  • 2 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 kilogram Chopped mutton
  • 2 teaspoon Salt
  • As required Ingredients for curry
  • 2 cup Grated coconut
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds

Directions: Mutton Thoran Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.In a pressure cooker add all the ingredients necessary for cooking meat. Mix well and cook for 5-6 whistles.

  • STEP 1.Now take a pan and add dry roast 2 cups of grated coconut.

step 3

  • STEP 1.Transfer the grated coconut into a jar and grind will ½ tsp turmeric powder and ½ tsp cumin seeds.

  • STEP 1.Transfer the cooked meat from the cooker to a pan.

step 5

  • STEP 1.Add the coconut mix and stir well.

step 6

  • STEP 1.Cook in a low flame for 10 minutes. Stir in between.

step 7

  • STEP 1.Turn off the flame and serve the dish.
