  • STEP 1.Marinate the mutton pieces with turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and curry leaves.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  • STEP 4.Add ginger-garlic paste and cook until the raw smell disappears.
  • STEP 5.Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn mushy.
  • STEP 6.Add marinated mutton pieces and cook until they are browned.
