A Nepali delicacy made out of mutton which is very similar to kebabs. It is prepared from boneless mutton.It is prepared by frying mutton in mustard oil with ginger garlic paste and spices. Addition of lime juice adds flavours to it.

Ingredients for Mutton Sekuwa Recipe

  • 150 g Boneless Mutton cubed
  • 1/2 tablespoon mustard oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon meat masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon Soy Sauce
  • As required Salt
  • 1/4 No.s Lemon

Directions: Mutton Sekuwa Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.In a bowl take all chopped meat and add all the masalas in it.

step 2

  • STEP 1.Now add ginger garlic paste, soy sauce, oil and lemon juice to it.

step 3

  • STEP 1.Mix everything well, cover it and keep inside the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.

step 4

  • STEP 1.Pierce the skewers through the mutton pieces

step 5

  • STEP 1.Heat an electric grill and cook the marinated mutton on it.

step 6

  • STEP 1.Keep on oiling the meat every now and then so it doesn’t get dried up.
