Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a pressure cooker, heat oil and add chopped onions, ginger, and garlic. Saute until onions turn golden brown.
  • STEP 2.Add mutton pieces and cook until they are browned on all sides.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilies, and salt. Mix well.
  • STEP 4.Add water and pressure cook for about 4-5 whistles or until the mutton is tender.
  • STEP 5.Once the pressure is released, open the cooker and blend the soup using a hand blender or a regular blender.
