  • 1 Pieces Tomato
  • 1 Tsp Chilli flakes
  • As Required Salt
  • A Few Culantro
  • 1 Inch Ginger

Directions: Mutton Paya Leg Soup Recipe

  • STEP 1.Clean the mutton legs and cut into your choice
  • STEP 2.Take a wok and add the tomato slices,salt, chilliflakes,water to boil , cook till the meat gets tender if needed you can add more warm water
  • STEP 3.Add crush ginger and cook for few minutes
  • STEP 4.Garnish with culantro taste the salt and enjoy
