  • 1 Tomatoes, Chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • 1 tablespoon Oil

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Marinate the mutton pieces with ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pressure cooker and add chopped onions. Saute until golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add the marinated mutton pieces and cook until they are browned on all sides.
  • STEP 4.Add chopped tomatoes, coriander powder, cumin powder, and garam masala. Cook until the tomatoes are soft.
  • STEP 5.Add the spinach leaves and cook until they wilt down.
  • STEP 6.Add water, cover the pressure cooker, and cook for about 15-20 minutes or until the mutton is tender.
  • STEP 7.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
