  • STEP 1.In a pan, heat oil and sauté onions until golden brown.
  • STEP 2.Add ginger-garlic paste and cook until the raw smell disappears.
  • STEP 3.Add minced mutton, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Cook until the mutton is tender and cooked through.
  • STEP 4.In a separate bowl, mash boiled potatoes and add salt, black pepper, and chopped coriander leaves. Mix well.
