  • STEP 1.Marinate the mutton pieces with yogurt, turmeric powder, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pressure cooker and add whole spices like cinnamon, cardamom, and cloves.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped onions, ginger-garlic paste, and green chilies. Saute until onions turn golden brown.
