  • 1/2 Onions, Finely Chopped
  • 1/2 Tomatoes, Chopped
  • 1/2 tablespoon Yogurt
  • 1/2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1/4 tablespoon Ghee
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • As required Salt To Taste

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan and add whole spices like cinnamon, cardamom, and cloves.
  • STEP 2.Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add ginger-garlic paste and cook until the raw smell disappears.
  • STEP 4.Add mutton pieces and cook until they are browned on all sides.
  • STEP 5.Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until tomatoes are soft.
  • STEP 6.Add yogurt and mix well. Cook for a few minutes.
  • STEP 7.Add water and pressure cook until the mutton is tender.
  • STEP 8.In a separate pan, heat ghee and add sliced onions. Fry until golden brown.
  • STEP 9.Add the fried onions to the cooked mutton and mix well.
  • STEP 10.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
