  • 1/4 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1/2 Onions, Finely Chopped
  • 1/2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1/2 Tomatoes, Chopped
  • 1/2 tablespoon Ghee
  • as required Whole Spices
  • 0.06 cup Cream
  • as needed Fresh Coriander Leaves For Garnish

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Marinate the mutton with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, and spices for at least 1 hour.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions until golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add the marinated mutton and cook until it is browned on all sides.
  • STEP 4.Add water, cover the pan, and simmer until the mutton is tender.
  • STEP 5.In a separate pan, heat ghee and add whole spices, followed by chopped tomatoes.
