Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Marinate the mutton with turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
  • STEP 2.In a pressure cooker, heat oil and add cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, and bay leaf.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped onions and saut��� until golden brown.
  • STEP 4.Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute.
  • STEP 5.Add the marinated mutton and cook until it is tender.
  • STEP 6.Add coriander powder, cumin powder, fennel powder, and garam masala. Mix well.
  • STEP 7.Cook for a few minutes until the spices are well combined.
  • STEP 8.In a separate pan, prepare dosa using the dosa batter.
  • STEP 9.Place a spoonful of the mutton filling on one half of the dosa and fold it.
  • STEP 10.Serve hot with chutney and sambar.
