  • STEP 1.In a bowl, marinate the mutton pieces with ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions. Saute until golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add the marinated mutton pieces to the pan and cook on medium heat until the meat is tender and cooked through.
  • STEP 4.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
