Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Marinate the mutton pieces with turmeric powder, red chili powder, ginger-garlic paste, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, curry leaves, and sliced onions. Saute until the onions turn golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add the marinated mutton pieces and cook on medium heat until the meat is tender and cooked through.
  • STEP 4.Add black pepper powder, coriander powder, and garam masala. Mix well and cook for a few more minutes.
  • STEP 5.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
