  • 1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 cup Water
  • as needed Fresh Coriander Leaves For Garnish

  • STEP 1.Marinate the mutton with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, and salt for 30 minutes.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add whole spices like cinnamon, cardamom, and cloves. Saute until fragrant.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped onions and cook until golden brown. Then, add the marinated mutton and cook until it changes color.
