Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Marinate the mutton pieces with ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions. Saute until golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add the marinated mutton pieces and cook until they are tender and well-cooked.
  • STEP 4.In a separate pan, dry roast the spices like fennel seeds, cumin seeds, and black peppercorns. Grind them into a fine powder.
  • STEP 5.Add the ground spice powder to the cooked mutton and mix well. Cook for a few more minutes.
  • STEP 6.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.

Cooking Tips

  • Make sure to marinate the mutton for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to penetrate.
