  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Chili Powder

  • 1 Tomatoes, Pureed
  • 1/2 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin Powder

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, marinate the mutton chops with ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions. Saute until golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add the marinated mutton chops to the pan and cook on medium heat until the chops are browned on both sides.
  • STEP 4.Add tomato puree, coriander powder, and cumin powder. Mix well and cook for a few minutes.
  • STEP 5.Add water, cover the pan, and let the mutton chops simmer on low heat until they are tender and cooked through.
  • STEP 6.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
