  • 1/2 Onions, Finely Chopped
  • 1/2 Green Chilies, Slit
  • 2.75 Leaves
  • 0.06 cup Cashews
  • 0.13 cup Water
  • as per your need Coriander Leaves For Garnish

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, marinate the mutton pieces with ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, cloves, cinnamon, and bay leaves. Saute until fragrant.
  • STEP 3.Add the marinated mutton and cook until it turns brown and the spices are well-coated.
  • STEP 4.Add chopped onions, green chilies, and curry leaves. Cook until the onions turn golden brown.
  • STEP 5.Add cashews and saute for a few minutes until they turn golden.
  • STEP 6.Add water, cover the pan, and simmer until the mutton is cooked and tender.
  • STEP 7.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or rice.
