  • 0.40 Green Chilies, Finely Chopped
  • 1/10 inch Ginger, Grated

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, beat the eggs with chopped onions, green chilies, ginger, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and pour a ladleful of the egg mixture into it.
  • STEP 3.Cook the fritter on medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
  • STEP 4.Serve the muttapam hot with coconut chutney or tomato ketchup.
