  • 1/2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1/4 Onion, Finely Chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ginger Paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Paste

  • 0.13 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garam Masala

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Boil the eggs until hard-boiled, then peel and set aside.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions, ginger, and garlic until golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add tomatoes, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes are soft.
  • STEP 4.Add garam masala and cook for another minute.
  • STEP 5.Add the boiled eggs and simmer for 5-7 minutes until the flavors are well combined.
  • STEP 6.Garnish with cilantro and serve hot with rice or roti.

Cooking Tips

  • To easily peel boiled eggs, add a pinch of salt to the boiling water.
  • Adjust the spice level by adding more or less red chili powder.
  • For a creamier texture, add a tablespoon of yogurt or coconut milk.
