  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and curry leaves. Let them splutter.
  • STEP 2.Add chopped onions and sauté until they turn translucent.
  • STEP 3.Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
  • STEP 4.Add the chopped spring onions and cook for a few minutes until they are slightly wilted.
