About Mutta Maala Recipe:
Muttamala is eclectic and a famous sweet snack from the Malabar region. This resembles complex loops with yellow noodles made of Pinjanathappam, egg white and yolk pudding, making one of the top desserts. However, this Malabari dish requires a bit of care, using minimalist ingredients. In Portuguese Fios de ovos, Angel's hair is a traditional Portuguese sweet food made of eggs, boiled in sugar syrup and drawn into thin strands. They are a classic element in Brazilian and Portuguese cuisine, both side dishes and desserts. The cuisine of Malabar is recorded for its rare culinary junction and a medley of flavours. Mughal, Persian, Portuguese, French and Arab cuisines can be witnessed in the Malabar cuisine, making it an excellent amalgamation of tastes.
