Ingredients for Mutta Biscuit/Egg Biscuit Recipe

  • 2 No.s Egg
  • 7 tablespoon All Purpose Flour
  • 2 tablespoon Ghee/oil/butter
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 5 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Pineapple or vanilla Essence
  • As required Food Colour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder

Directions: Mutta Biscuit/egg Biscuit Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.1 take 7tbsp maida and ½ tsp baking powder in a bowl . Mix well.

step 2

  • STEP 2.2 in a jar add 2 eggs ,4-5 tbsp sugar,a pinch of salt ,1tsp vanilla or pineapple essence ,food colour and 2tbsp butter .grind well .

step 3

  • STEP 3.3 add this mixture to maida and mix well .

step 4

  • STEP 4.4 now pour the batter into a piping bag,cut the tip and squeeze small drops into the baking sheet and bake at 120 degrees for 20-25 minutes in the oven. Or bake until done.

step 5

  • STEP 5.5 so the tasty yummy egg biscuit is ready to serve .
