Into a bowl, crack 2 eggs. Beat it with a beater. Add 2 tsp butter, ¼ cup powdered sugar, ½ tsp vanilla essence and beat well.

Add ¾ cup of maida. Stir it well with a mixer, and then beat it.

Finally, add ½ tsp of baking powder and ¼ tsp of yellow food colour. Beat the ingredients well. Now fill the mix into a piping bag.
STEP 04
Take a baking tray laid with butter paper—pipe in tiny droplets of the mix in rows.
STEP 05
Preheat the oven at 110 degrees celsius for 10 minutes. Bake in an oven at 120 degrees celsius temperature for 20 minutes.

Mutta biscuit is ready.
