Ingredients for Muthiya Recipe

  • 250 g Bottle gourd
  • 1/2 Cups Flour
  • 50 gm Wheat flour
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 2 g reen Chilli
  • 1/4 tbsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Oil
  • 1/2 tbsp Mustard seed

Directions: Muthiya Recipe

  • STEP 1.Peel and grate the bottle guard and add suji, gram flour, wheat flour and 2 tablespoon oil.
  • STEP 2.Add green chilli and ginger paste,Turmeric,Coriander, Red chilli powder and salt.
  • STEP 3.Boil the water in steamer and grease the plate with oil before putting the balls, make the balls in oval shape and put into the steamer.
  • STEP 4.Steam it for 15 minutes. Take it out from steamer and keep it to cool at room temperature.
