Ingredients for Mutabbaq Recipe

  • As required DOUGH
  • 1 cup FLOUR
  • 3 teaspoon SALT
  • 1 teaspoon OIL
  • 1/2 cup WATER
  • As required MEAT STUFFING
  • 2 tablespoon OIL
  • 1 MEDIUM CHOPPED ONIONS
  • 300 gram MINCED MEAT
  • 2 teaspoon BLACK PEPPER
  • 2 teaspoon CUMIN POWDER
  • 2 EGGS
  • 1 tablespoon CHOPPED GREEN CHILLIES
  • 1 tablespoon CHOPPED STALK GREEN ONIONS
  • 1 tablespoon CHOPPED STALK GREEN LEEKS
  • 1 SMALL DICED TOMATO

Directions: Mutabbaq Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Mix all dough ingredients within the mixture.

step 2

  • STEP 1.Spread very little oil on prime, cowl with plastic, and let rest for one hour.

  • STEP 2.Meat stuffing preparation on high heat, add oil, sliced onions, minced meat, 1 tsp salt, one tsp black pepper, and one tsp cumin powder. Cook until water dries.

  • STEP 3.Add meat mixture in bowl, add 2 eggs, inexperienced chilies, inexperienced onions, inexperienced leeks, tomatoes, 1 tsp salt, one tsp black pepper, and one tsp cumin powder.

  • STEP 4.Making the meta bag add very little oil to the operating surface. Take a touch dough (size of a tiny low lemon), unfold it by hand, and kitchen utensil, until you begin seeing through it.

step 6

  • STEP 1.Add a pair of tbsp meat mixture and fold the dough.

step 7

  • STEP 5.Add meta bug on medium-high heat pan and cook for two minutes on both sides until brownness. Cook on both sides for a couple of seconds.
