Ingredients for Mushroom, spinach, egg omelette sandwich Recipe

  • 3 Pieces Mushroom
  • handful Spinach
  • 1 g eg
  • 2 tsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Butter
  • 4 Tbsp Slice bread
  • as required Salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper powder
  • 2 tsp Tomato ketchup

Directions: Mushroom, Spinach, Egg Omelette Sandwich Recipe

  • STEP 1.Wash and chopped the mushroom, spinach keep aside.
  • STEP 2.Put a small frying pan over a medium heat and add 2 teaspoon of oil. When the oil has heated add the mushrooms. Fry the mushrooms for a couple of minutes on each side and then add a handful of spinach. Stir to help the spinach wilt.
  • STEP 3.Tip the eggs into the pan and stir briefly to mix with the mushrooms and spinach. Now sprinkle pepper powder.Then leave to set until the bottom of the omelette is golden brown and flip it other side and fry it couple of minutes and remove from the pan.
  • STEP 4.Take the bread and cut the edges of them.
  • STEP 5.Next take the bread slice toast on a pan. Then spread tomato ketchup on top of the bread and keep it on half piece fried omelette and cover it with other slice.
  • STEP 6.Mushroom spinach omelettes is ready serve hot and enjoy.
