  • 40 gram Mushrooms, Finely Chopped
  • 1/10 cup Chana Dal
  • 1/5 Onion, Finely Chopped
  • 1/5 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/5 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/10 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/10 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • As required Salt To Taste

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a pan, heat oil and sauté onions until golden brown.
  • STEP 2.Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute.
  • STEP 3.Add mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture and become dry.
  • STEP 4.In a separate pan, dry roast the lentils until they turn golden brown.
  • STEP 5.In a blender, grind the lentils into a coarse powder.
  • STEP 6.In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked mushrooms, lentil powder, spices, and salt.
  • STEP 7.Mix well and shape the mixture into small kebabs.
  • STEP 8.Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the kebabs until golden brown on both sides.
  • STEP 9.Serve hot with mint chutney or yogurt dip.

Cooking Tips

  • Make sure to cook the mushrooms until they release their moisture, as this will prevent the kebabs from becoming too wet.
  • You can adjust the spice level according to your preference by adding more or less of the spices.
