  • 1/4 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1/4 teaspoon Kasuri Methi

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan and saut茅 onions until golden brown.
  • STEP 2.Add ginger-garlic paste and cook until the raw smell disappears.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped capsicum and cook until it becomes slightly tender.
  • STEP 4.Add mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture.
  • STEP 5.Add green peas, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
  • STEP 6.Cover and cook until the vegetables are cooked through.
  • STEP 7.Add garam masala and kasuri methi. Mix well.
  • STEP 8.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or rice.
